ICAP offers a range of solutions for trading equities, acting as an interdealer broker for both listed and OTC equities and equity derivatives, with connections to all the major exchanges.
ICAP has conducted a broad-ranging strategic review of it's full-service agency cash equities business. As a result of the review, while retaining some of its cash equities broking businesses set out below, ICAP will no longer offer an integrated full service agency cash equities business, including research, in Europe and Asia.
If you are a client of ICAP’s, please note that our global equity derivatives services and Structured Equity Desk services remain unaffected, as do the businesses trading as Link or Linkbrokers. If you are a customer of any of these desks, therefore, your relationship with ICAP and any associated documents entered into between yourselves and ICAP remain entirely unaffected.
ICAP also remains strongly committed to growing its Brazilian and US cash equities execution businesses as well as its electronic retail business in Brazil.
