Internships
Michael Spencer, Group Chief Executive, ICAP plc.
Our internships represent nothing less than our long-term commitment to the success of ICAP and to your career. They are critical to the future of our business and a great way for you to discover more about what it is really like to work at ICAP. You'll be given all the training and support you need but you'll also be challenged, encouraged to take on responsibility and become an active member of the team. You'll develop your skills and make excellent networks that will be helpful to you for the rest of your career. You can read about the experiences of our most recent class of interns in our Meet Our People section.
Interns who excel during their time with us will receive a full-time job offer at the end of the programme, enabling you to return to campus with a job offer in hand and your only focus being your final year of study. Meanwhile we will be delighted to have found you and will be looking forward to putting the necessary plans in place to train and welcome you to our team.
