Whilst looking at various opportunities, I came to ICAP and when I was taken onto the trading floor I immediately felt the buzz and the energy and knew that I wanted to be a voice broker. I didn't do a Master's or take a gap year. I joined ICAP as soon as I graduated from the London School of Economics - but I don't regret it for a second.
