"Friends sometimes ask me what a typical working day entails but I have a hard time grasping that concept as every day is different and that's what is great about working at ICAP. I am not chained to my desk as it's really important that I get out and spend time with my clients in their working environment to understand their needs and show them how to get the best out of our products. Sometimes I can do that on a golf course which gives me the opportunity to really build my relationships with my clients and have a couple of hours, at least, to fully understand their requirements and opinions in an informal atmosphere."
