At the end of the assessment centre you may be asked to come back and meet with some more of our people before a final decision is made. You will need to meet the other people in the team and see if you will thrive in our business.
If successful you will receive an offer by phone and an offer will be sent out in the post and you will be assigned a mentor who will continue the on-boarding process with you, answering any remaining questions.
Start dates for full-time roles are generally in September and June for internship roles but if you are available earlier it is worth mentioning as ICAP are open to being flexible with your start dates.
If you are unsuccessful you can get feedback on your assessment centre performance if you actively ask for it.
