The Global Executive Management Group consists of the four executive directors of ICAP and eight members of senior management and meets six times a year.

David Casterton is Chief Executive Officer of ICAP London and EMEA. Since June 2008 he has been responsible for all voice broking, technology and support functions in London and EMEA. Prior to joining ICAP in 1995 he was with MW Marshalls and Guy Butler International. Aged 50. |

Kim Rosenkilde is Chief Executive Officer of ICAP Asia Pacific. With effect from 1 January 2009 he has been responsible for all voice broking and support management in the region. Prior to joining ICAP in September 2008, he held a number of positions at ABN Amro, most recently as Chief Executive Officer and Country Executive Japan and Head of Global Markets, North America. He has 23 years of experience in fixed income and currency trading and risk management. Aged 43. |

Stephen McDermott is Chief Operating Officer of ICAP Americas. He was, until March 2008, an executive director of ICAP plc. He oversaw the integration with EBS and the interface between the Group’s voice and electronic broking businesses. He was appointed a director of the US operations in December 1995 having joined the foreign exchange business of Garban in 1986. He is also a board member of Columbia University’s Executive Masters of Science and Technology Management. Aged 52. |

Douglas Rhoten is Chief Executive Officer of ICAP Americas. He is also a director of SIF ICAP, ICAP’s joint venture in Latin America. He is a founding member of The Green Exchange and a former member of the US Federal Reserve Bank Foreign Exchange Committee. Aged 54. |

David Rutter is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ICAP Electronic Broking. Prior to joining ICAP in 2003 he was a significant shareholder in Prebon. His tenure at Prebon began in 1988 and he served in various capacities including Global Chief Executive Officer of Prebon Energy and Managing Director of the Americas. He has served on several corporate boards of entities in the e-commerce field. Aged 46. |

Gil Mandelzis co-founded Traiana in April 2000 and continued as Chief Executive Officer following ICAP’s acquisition of the company in October 2007. His role at Traiana is to consolidate the company's position as the market standard for post-trade processing for FX transactions working with a wide range of market participants, while expanding its offering in other OTC markets. Prior to Traiana, Gil worked in the M & A group at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown (formerly BT Wolfensohn) in New York, where he advised companies in the financial and technology sectors. Gil holds a MBA from INSEAD. Aged 41. |

Mark Beeston is CEO for ICAP’s Portfolio Risk Services. Prior to joining ICAP Mark spent four years as President of T-Zero (now ICELink), a subsidiary of Creditex Group Inc (now ICE). Mark spent 13 years at Deutsche Bank where amongst other roles he served as COO for Global Credit Trading (2002-2005), COO for OTC Derivatives (2001-2002) and global head of Money Market Derivatives trading (1999-2001). Mark has represented Deutsche Bank at board level across numerous industry companies and associations including ISDA, Markit, OTCDerivNet and DTCC DerivServ. Aged 38 |

Duncan Wales is Group General Counsel of ICAP plc, responsible for the global legal function since December 2008. He has occupied a number of senior roles within the Legal and Compliance departments at ICAP, including Director of Government Affairs. Prior to its acquisition by ICAP in 2003, he was Director of Legal Affairs at BrokerTec. As well as having experience in investment banks Duncan spent five years at Clifford Chance as a derivatives and OTC markets specialist. He is a member of the GC 100 Group. Aged 40. |
