Diane Schueneman was an independent consultant to the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Commissioner for McKinsey & Company. She had previously built an extensive career at Merrill Lynch and until 2008 was Senior Vice President, Head, Global Infrastructure Solutions and a Member of the Executive Operating Committee. During more than 30 years her career covered fixed income sales, business management, operations, client services, and technology. Robert Standing is a principal of London Diversified Fund Management which was founded within the JPMorgan group in 1995 and spun out in 2002. Prior to LDFM, Robert spent his career with JPMorgan and its heritage banks, where he ran the Fixed Income and FX business in Europe with over 300 people across Sales and Trading. He graduated in engineering from Cambridge University in 1982 and spent two years developing new capital markets products before joining the fixed income trading desk in 1985.
